The program consist of 5 modules each run over a 2 day period as follows:

COPING WITH CHANGE
This one day program is designed specifically for organisations undergoing change and are finding the journey more difficult than expected. The Coping with Change program helps participants understand the human physiological and psychological response to change and with this understanding it makes change efforts much easier to undertake.
TRANSFORMING WORK TO WORSHIP
A one day program that draws the attention of participants to the 5 conditions that can elevate work from being mundane to that of worship. It compares and contrast the Quranic worldview of work and motivation to that of the Western worldview. Participants in this program have benefited from being able to reconcile their religions and work obligations, letting go many of their mundane frustrations and most importantly understanding their obligations or amanah to the organisation.
This program is designed to shift our paradigm of how we think about performance. In Performance Management System (PMS) the goal is to be able to discern the better from the lesser performers. In Managing for Performance (MfP) the goal is to ensure everyone is a performer. MfP is a complete rethink of how we approach performance in knowledge based organisations.
